Finally braved the snow and cold again to take some pictures. The bright sun and snow make it a little harder to get solid exposures, but I enjoy the challenge (although I don’t like the challenge of trying to keep my hands warm while taking pictures).
This was a photo of some snow piled up against a fire hydrant near my house. I hear that farther North, poles are attached to the top of hydrants so that they can still be found under all the snow. Luckily it’s not quite so deep here.
